The gentleman at the front desk is wonderful. Rooms are nice
There’s no doubt a little tweaking is needed here and there,like just about everywhere, but we had a great weekend! Each room has a table and chairs outside to use. We discovered in the big yard there are BBQs to use! Nice touch! We had great room location as we were right across the street from the beach. It was so nice to just sit outside and enjoy the green surroundings and all the flowers. The kitchenette was perfect for us since we were in and out. We definitely would recommend staying here for a weekend getaway

Great little motel right across from the town beach. Quiet, beautiful sunsets, exactly what we needed! Loved the charm of Southold, don't miss the fresh fish market, and great restaurants in the area.
This Motel is amazing! Very clean room. Great location near everything. Near all the wineries and shopping. Very little driving. Colin is an awesome person! We love him! The hospitality was amazing!
I am rating 5 stars in the context of what this is - a motel. This is not a 5 star hotel. This is a perfectly adequate as a base for adventuring on the North Fork. The room is comfortable. The fridge and kitchen sink are useful. The tables outside nice for morning sun with coffee. Although directly on the highway, it was quiet enough inside to sleep. I am very glad we chose this over a fancier accommodation or being in the town of Greenport. We enjoyed easy access to Southold coffee shops and restaurants. Wineries are abundant.
This place is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean, the location is perfect, and the lovely people that work here are really, really nice! I'm out on the North and South Forks a few times a year. I will definitely be staying here! If you're looking for a quiet place to stay on the North Fork of Long Island, definitely stop by and see these nice people!
Great little motel across from the Long Island Sound. Rooms were simple and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
